Technology Innovation is a systematical process in which all kinds of technical resources are input and transformed into economic benefits and social improvements.Spread of technology innovation maximizes potential economic benefits of technology innovation and facilitates evolvement and enhancement of technology economy.Industry cluster is an effective seedbed for technology innovation.And that technology innovation provides consistent power for improving competitive ability of industry cluster.Moreover industry cluster enhances spread of technology innovation.
