Research on Innovation System of Mobile Communications Industry Chain

摘要：

Based on the innovation system of mobile communications industry chain to study,according to the theories of technological innovation,industrial innovation etc.I put forward the concept of the industry chain innovation and then I summed up the innovation system model of the mobile communications industry chain by analyzing its structure.According to the characters of the mobile communications industry chain,I got the evaluation index system,and rely on these index I evaluated the technological innovation capability of the mobile communications industry chain.
