The Formation, Life-cycle and Technology Innovation Strategy of Chinese Industry Clusters

摘要：

Applying resource-based view as the organizing framework,we discussed that the three different generic clusters will result in very different regional cluster life cycles and technology effects,cultivate different capabilities,and derive different strategies of technology innovation of regional clusters.These differences could have implications for firms located in the regions,economic developers and public policy officials in charge of planning cluster strategies.
