Study on the Construction of Chinese Technological Innovation Ability Based on Knowledge Management

摘要：

Knowledge management is a kind of system management mode based on the knowledge flow while technological innovation is a strategy to improve the product competitiveness and obtain competitive advantage.Knowledge management came into being with the advent of the knowledge economy,the purpose of which is to increase efficiency and profit of knowledge activities.It is the most effective method to upgrade the technological innovation process management of Chinese enterprises in the future.
