Transnational Corporations Technology Transfer to China and Chinas Industrial Technology Innovation

摘要：

At present,there are two main trends in transnational corporations technology transfer to China: On one hand,technology transfer has intensified; On the other hand the control on technology diffusion has been strengthened.We have to think about technology transfer which is strictly controlled by transnational corporations and its impact on Chinas technological progress in a rational way.Only focusing on the theme of independent innovation,we can be positively in response to the strategic choice of transnational corporations technology control.
