Research on Technological Spillover Effects of MNCs R&D Investment in China

摘要：

Multinational corporations have been developed rapidly since 1990s,various aspects of multinational corporations have also paid close attention to,and technology spillover has been researched and made great achievements.This article will analyze technological spillover effects of the R&D investment in China from two aspects: operational mechanisms and the role of multinational corporations.In order to effectively use MNCs technological spillover effects,the first thing to do is to improve enterprises capacity for technological absorption,assimilation and innovation.In addition,enterprises should cooperate with multinational corporations that possess scientific research ability,and attract the best talents of science and technologies.
