The desirable financial structure plays an important role in promoting technological innovation,which can deal with many problems such as risk management,information handling and corporate governance.The realistic characteristic that Chinas financial structure has is unfavorable to the development of technological innovation.China should optimize our financial structure to strengthen enterprises technological innovation.
