A Research on Evaluation System for Independent Innovation Capability of Manufacturing Industries: The Case of China

摘要：

Evaluating the independent innovation capability of each industry in manufacturing is essential to the progress of innovation level and core competitiveness of those industries.However,currently there is no relatively mature indicator system for evaluating the independent innovation capability of manufacturing industries.In this paper,the independent innovation capability is divided into two parts: innovation strength and innovation efficiency.The indicator system for evaluating the innovation strength and innovation efficiency of each industry is constructed by conducting a multitude of researches,analyzing numerous statistical data,and respectively selecting indicators.Based on this system,new pattern for evaluating the independent innovation capability of manufacturing industries is expected.
