Analysis and Policy of the Input in Independent Innovation of Chinese Manufacturing Industry
Manufacturing industry is the indispensable pillar of the development of both economy and technology to each nation,its level of independent innovation not only determines the process of industrialization,but also affects the comprehensive national strength.Among the large number of factors that determine the level of independent innovation of manufacturing industry,the input in independent innovation,which is the basis of both the initiation and continuation of independent innovation,is regarded as the most essential one.This paper analyzes the status of the input in independent innovation of Chinese manufacturing industry in terms of human resource and capital,emphatically studies the input in independent innovation of the pillar industries which strongly affect the development of manufacturing industry,and then proposes several pertinent suggestions,expecting to enhance the pertinence of the input in independent innovation of manufacturing industry.
