Research on a Process-based Interactive Model of Technical Innovation

摘要：

This paper provides a process-based interactive model of technical innovation employing the complex system perspective as the primary conceptual lens.The model reveals that technical innovation is a complex system and its success depends on the participations of the whole society and the interactions among the innumerable agents.Considering the extreme importance of technical innovation to a nations social and economic developments,the government should take the responsibility of taking measures to promote technical innovation thriving.
