The Role Analysis of Modern Design Managers

摘要：

In the design process of every successful product,there is an excellent design leader who should be a master in integrating the design system.The design manager can understand every part of the system and unify the parts into one unity.To be a qualified design supervisor in the 21st century,one outstanding modern design manager must enlarge his vision,own the systematic design knowledge and do the comprehensive management and participant.He should think over the problems not only from the point of view of business but also consumers in order to get complete and independent specialized useful ideas.At the same time,he would act as a bridge between the consumers and the business enterprise.In addition to all of the above,he should play the role of cultural man in the business enterprise as well.
