Research on Staff Technological Innovation in Enterprise and Construction of the Appraisal System of Staff Innovation

摘要：

Thought the analysis of characteristics of enterprise staff technological innovation of the times,the article pointed out the importance of initiation of the appraisal system of technological innovation with great urgency.The article also proposes the conception of the appraisal system frame.Thought that by the appraisal principle,composition of appraises personnel,the appraisal procedure,content of appraisal,as well as the constitution of appraisal target,by which the appraisal system should be constructed to meet requirements of the development of contemporary era.
