An Exploratory Study on Countermeasures and Methods of Forewarning Management of Legal Problems for Media Enterprises

摘要：

Through statistics and empirical analysis on questionnaires,this paper studies on relations between various management factors to form forewarning management method of forecasting,judging and preventing legal risks of media enterprises,which integrates law,management and communication.The purpose of this method is to control firms law problems to prevent and correct management errors in law problems in order to reduce loss caused by law risks.
