Improving Performance of Supply Chain with Customer Knowledge Management

Customer knowledge management in supply chain becomes a hot issue in these years.Now market competitions are the competitions of supply chains,customer knowledge has been increasingly recognized as a key strategic resource in supply chains success,Therefore,in this paper we describe type of customer knowledge in supply chain,and propose a tentative theoretical framework of customer knowledge management in supply chain.The framework include the process of customer knowledge sharing in supply chain.Its interface in supply chain is designed based on Internet,so enterprises in supply chain apply and manage customer knowledge cross CKM-platform.Accordingly supply chain partnership increased customer knowledge flows,reduced uncertainty,so as to improve performance of supply chain.Finally,we simply analyze a case of Toyotas customer knowledge management.
