Analysis Framework and Management of the R&D Team Conflict

In the age of knowledge economy,the R&D workers increasingly become the main body for the enterprise performance and teams have become important study units and performance units in organization.In this situation,how to manage the R&D team better becomes the priority task of enterprise managers.The domestic and oversea scholars have fully recognized the importance of the R&D team management for the R&D team performance.But current research mainly concentrates in the personal characteristics of R&D workers,goal design,team performance controlling and inspiriting these aspects.Aiming at the important factors in the operation process—research on the team conflict are not much,therefore this paper attempts to do some work in this field.
