Principal Component Analysis of Financial Indexes in Public Corporations

摘要：

When an investor conducts financial analysis,it is necessary to classify and summarize the financial indexes because he often faces with numerous financial indexes to select which increase the analytic difficulty.This article has classified the financial indexes of the public corporations by means of principal component analysis and from empirical angle.The content of several principal constituents includes over 85％ of the original information,and the method of using the principal constituents is also simple.In addition,the principal component analysis is used to find out the characteristic values of new matrices,get the weight values of the comprehensive weighting principal constituents and then comprehensively evaluate the performance of the public corporations.
