The Study about Strengthening Mechanism and Countermeasures for Psychological Contract of Knowledge Worker
In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge worker has become the core capital of enterprises and the key factor that determines whether an enterprise can get and retain its competitive superiority or not.How to strengthen the psychological contract of knowledge worker and how to realize the agreements of objectives,expectations,commitment and passion between the individual and its organization has got the high degree attention of every organization.This article uses the theoretical model of strengthening to analyze the strengthening concept of psychological contract,and constructs enhanced model about psychological contract of knowledge worker,the conclusion is drawn that an organization should pay attention to material incentives to knowledge worker,more attention to the career development and the individual needs of the value during the process of strengthening psychological contract of knowledge worker.
