Comparative Analysis of Technological Innovative Capacity and Policy of Small Industrial Enterprises in Guangdong and Zhejiang

摘要：

Small businesses in Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces have played an important role in development of Chinas capacity of technological innovation and economic prosperity.Based on the data published in China Statistical Yearbook on Science and Technology and the innovative policies promulgated and implemented in Guangdong and Zhejiang,this paper comparatively analyzes technological innovation of small industrial enterprises,and reveals important problems faced by small industrial enterprises.The study found that as compared to Zhejiang,Guangdong has more perfect small business innovation policies,but the technical innovation capacity and innovation performance of small industrial enterprises in Guangdong are lower than those in Zhejiang.
