Study on Enterprise Mechanism for Realizing Sustainable Technological Innovation

摘要：

This paper analyzes the concept,characteristic,model and influencing factors for realizing sustainable technological innovation.The paper proposes that innovation motivation,capability and opportunity are the three essential factors to be considered for realizing enterprise sustainable technological innovation.Institutional structure plays an important role in promoting and supporting an Enterprise sustainable technological innovation.Finally,the paper takes Lenovo Group as a case to discuss the Enterprise mechanism for realizing sustainable technological innovation.
