Thinking on Talent Quality Evaluation in Human Resource Management
In the 21st century,it is the talents who bear the knowledge and technology to compete fundamentally.This paper focuses on the evaluation of talent quality.Firstly,this paper discusses the basic principle and mode of quality assessment,and indicates the main method of talent quality evaluation in China.And then provides the mathematical model of talent quality evaluation to assess the talent quality.There exist some problems of talent evaluation in Chinese enterprises,so finally it gives the measures to improve the mechanism of talent quality evaluation.
