The Guarantee Factors and Support Tools of All-involvement Innovation

The all-involvement innovation has already become the dominant concern of enterprises innovation.Both the theory and practice of innovation management should solve the problem that how to enhance employees initiative innovation and sufficiently utilize the human resource to carry on valid innovation.Many scholars pointed out that all-involvement innovation doesnt run efficiently in the vast majority of enterprises currently.As a result,those enterprises dont pay their people for innovate.In fact,they dont even expect them to think about the innovation.The key reason for the inefficient of all-involvement innovation is the lack of a thorough understanding about its implication and the absence of an effective organizational mechanism.Strategic innovation,cultural innovation,institutional innovation and organizational innovation should be synergized to guarantee the successful implementation of all-involvement innovation.The learning organization (LO),employee suggestions system (ESS),creative problem-solving workshop (CPW) and total quality management (TQM) favor the implementation of all-involvement innovation.
