Research on the Growth of Technical SMEs Based on Niche Strategy:A Case from MY Corporation
Based on niche strategy,this article aims at studying the effective route of the growth of technical SMEs.Core technology is the important part of enterprises core competency.In face of the fast internationalization and fierce market competition,some technical SMEs choose specialization development with its technical advantage.Moreover,according to the characteristic of low market share and weak competency,these enterprises would like to enter the industry less fierce by differentiation,cooperate with the core enterprise in industry through networking,and provide their own product and service through the core enterprise in order to realize fast growth.This article then analyzes and constructs the growth model of technical SMEs with the case of MY Corporation in perspective of niche strategy and the theory of the growth of the firm.By doing so,this article figures that specialization,differentiation,continuous innovation and networking based on niche strategy is the effective route of fast growth of SMEs.
