Establishment and Evaluation of Entrepreneurs Wisdom Model

摘要：

Academia and managers have been short of research on entrepreneurs knowledge,experience,ability and competency.The paper defines the concept of entrepreneur in the modern time,establishes the entrepreneurs wisdom model,obtains dates by interview method,and evaluates the related importance of the models inscapes.The result shows establishment and evaluation closes to the practice,shows its value in practice.
