Study on the Relationship Between Resource Acquisition and Dynamic Capability of Firms

摘要：

Resource-Based Theory believes that resources are the basis of the development for the firm while Capability Theory argues that capabilities are the key to the firms development.The relation between resource and capability has been the focus of theoretical research.On the basis of literature review,hypotheses are developed and then they are tested by using empirical study.After that,the results are discussed and finally limitation and suggestions for future research are discussed.The practical meaning of this paper is that it studied the relationship between enterprises changeable resources and dynamic capability,pointing out the importance of obtaining external resources and cultivating internal resources to high-tech entrepreneurs.
