A Study on Profit Allocation of Synergy Independent Innovation in Supply Chain Enterprises

摘要：

The paper first analyzes the meanings of synergy independent innovation in supply chain enterprises.It is very important for supply chain enterprises to guarantee fair and reasonable profit allocation in the process of synergy independent innovation.Then the paper sets forth the profit allocation principle of synergy independent innovation in supply chain enterprises.In the end the paper delves into three kinds of profit allocation modes of synergy independent innovation based on the synergy relationship type in the process of synergy independent innovation in supply chain enterprises.
