A Perfect Enterprise Ideological Education System:Foundation of Successful Knowledge Management

摘要：

The success of knowledge management requires a good enterprise ideological education system.This article utilizes the method of the foundational data investigation and analysis,Proposes the viewpoint that the enterprise ideological education systems construction is the most important factor for the successful knowledge management.Considering that enterprise ideological education system is a kind of Standardized method that knowledge management should insisted throughout.The traditional scholar does not have the system and more research regarding this.This article drawn the conclusion that enterprise ideological education system should follow the standardization,humanized,hierarchization request and provide the effective protection for the success of knowledge management.
