New Trend in Quality Management: From Information-Based QM to Knowledge-Based QM

摘要：

Product Inspection and Statistical Process Control in Quality Management can be defined as data-based quality management,and Total Quality Management can be defined as information-based quality management.Some current thinking and technology in quality management have paid close attention to knowledge resource,and the contents related knowledge in quality management have shown continuous increase.Nowadays,on the one hand,quality management needs to introduce the concepts,theories and methods of knowledge management,and on the other hand,knowledge management needs to put to use in the daily management activities.So quality management developing into the knowledge-based stage becomes a necessary trend.
