The Concept and Measurement of Harmonious Organizational Culture

摘要：

Harmonious organizational culture helps to promote harmonious society.In this paper,the major variables and sub-variables of a harmonious organizational culture are proposed.The result is that,organizations should make efforts on three major variables to make contribution toward a harmonious society.They are the contract idea,shared company vision,sustainable development.A sample estate company is measured.
