Analysis on the New Development Trends of Chinese Venture Capital Firms

摘要：

China venture capital market is gradually on the right track for 30 years of development.In recent years,Chinese venture capital firms developed particularly rapidly,and showed a series of new development trends.It is of great significance to grasp these trends.This paper proposes Chinese venture capital firms three aspects of the new trends: the reform of organizational form,investment and operation of venture capital firms,and sources of capital.Then the paper analyzes the main existing problems of Chinese venture capital firms,and seeks appropriate solutions for the problems.
