Study on Technical Innovation Mode of Knowledge Enterprises and the Government Promotion Policy in China

摘要：

The Chinese economists believe that the government promotion has positive external effect on the management of the knowledge enterprises.The government promotion will improve the efficiency of the technical innovation mode of the knowledge enterprises.The mix innovation mode of the government promotion is that the government not only participates in the establishment of the target for knowledge enterprises,but also in the organization of process of the enterprise technique innovation,and participates in both the input of the resources and the distribution of results.The government through the economic policies,being financial and the tax policies,induces the knowledge enterprise to realize the technique innovation.
