Comparison and Enlightenment on the Management Models of Human Resources Between America and Japan
Human resource management has become the instrument for organization to gain competitive superiority from traditional affairs tool,which has grown into a central issue for theorists and a focus for organization.In the organizational operating process,the talented persons are not only the indispensable productive factors but also one sort of resources that has the appreciation potential most.Simultaneously,they need managing,maintaining and renewing.The definition of human resource management (HRM) is presented in this article from the comprehensive perspective.Two points of enlightenment are concluded through comparing two representative models,American HRM model with Japanese one.The markets function should be attached more importance in the aspect of allocating human resources.Besides,the primary information should be attached more importance.
