Study on Implementation of Knowledge Management in China Textile Enterprises in Post - Quota Era

摘要：

Along with post-quota era arrival,China textile enterprises faced with the opportunity of development and the huge challenge.With the coming of knowledge economy,more and more importance has been attached to knowledge management in construction enterprises.In this paper,we discussed not only the actual state of China textile enterprises and the framework of KM of China textile enterprises,but also how to implement Knowledge Management in China textile enterprises.Implementation of Knowledge management in China textile enterprises is advantageous to the China textile enterprises knowledge innovation,the technological innovation and the core competitive power cultivation in post-quota era.
