Technology Roadmapping: A New Approach to Business Sustainable Competitiveness

摘要：

In order to gaining business sustainable competitiveness,technology roadmapping is regarded as a flexible tool widely used in industries to support strategic and long-range planning.This paper introduces a new approach of technology roadmapping to industries,presents four major performers involved in TRM process and their roles and interactions,and illustrates six different stages of TRM implementation and the inputs and outputs of each stage.Finally,the paper discusses on the roadmapping tool and its knowledge management.
