Research on Enterprise Strategic Alliance under the View of Ecological Perspective

摘要：

It is an inevitable trend for Chinese Enterprise to implement the strategic alliance to participate in the market competition.From the ecological perspective,this article explains the connotation and the characteristic of the enterprise strategy alliance,and points out the motive of enterprise to establish the strategic alliance,it also analyzes four essential strategies to the enterprise alliance by applying the ecological research approach.The research on the strategic alliance among enterprises is helpful to understand the motive and source of strategy management behavior of enterprises,and the mechanism among enterprises interrelationship,which may further the study of the operation and government of the strategic alliance.
