Positive Research on Entropy-Evaluation of Performance for International Liner Business Companies

摘要：

Compared with that of general business enterprises,performance evaluation of international shipping enterprises has both common and special characteristics.Currently,systematic and thorough results on performance evaluation concerning international shipping enterprises havent been obtained by domestic and international researches.This article first reviews the domestic and foreign research outcomes,then,based on the 3C evaluation model and index system,a model of evaluating the performance of international shipping enterprises is established by adopting entropy-evaluation method.15 international liner companies are selected for positive research on the basis of availability of information,and the results are accepted by relevant enterprises and specialists.Furthermore,the future research direction is put forward.
