Performance Evaluation of Enterprise Organizational Change Based on Business Process Reengineering

Business Process Reengineering is regarded as another revolution of enterprise management,which will change the traditional organizational structure and bring great improvement in organizational performance.Firstly,the paper analyzes the mode of enterprise organizational change based on business process reengineering.Secondly,the performance evaluation index system of organizational change is set up and the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is discussed.Finally,an example is given.It demonstrates that the performance of organizational change based on business process reengineering can be assessed with the evaluation index system and method.
