摘要：

With the high stance of globalization,technological innovation has become the driving force of economic development.The paper explores the process and stages of realizing technological innovation,and its relationship with human capital.Human capital is at the core of technological innovation for high-tech companies having different effects such as magnetic effect,the incentive effect,the innovation effect,the competition effect,the coordination effect and the multiplier effect in high-tech companies.
