A Research on Organizational Structure Choice of Agile Enterprise under Speed Economy
The paper presents the concept of Agile Enterprises in relation with the development speed of the economy.Then the connotation of Agile Enterprises has been illustrated of having three characteristics: being sensitive to internal and external information,making the right decision and taking action in time.Secondly,the organizational and the trade cost model has been conceived to provide the organization choice with theory base.The best organization structure lies in the point of the lowest organization cost that is affected by the factors such as organizational quality,organizational scale,organizational environment,IT and control technology etc.The organization cost and the trade cost of Agile Enterprises have also been analyzed.Finally,the paper has put forth the alternative of a feasible organizational structure,the rectangle net structure,containing static organizational structure based on function division and dynamic organization structure centralized on item team.
