An Empirical Research on Contract Completeness, Shared Vision and Performance in International Joint Ventures in South China

摘要：

This study combines contract completeness and shared vision to develop a general model of performance.By using a structural equation model approach and 96 selected International Joint Ventures in China as the samples,our results indicate that contract completeness positively affects shared vision and performance,shared vision also has significant effect on performance.Furthermore,the results provide evidence that contract completeness and shared vision drive IJV performance both independently and interactively.It is suggested that significant benefits can be achieved for IJV performance by fostering contract completeness and shared vision.
