The Analysis of Economy of Managerial Integration in Product Innovation

摘要：

Managerial integration is a developing tread of management in product innovation,but the analysis of economy of managerial integration is often ignored.The paper firstly studies on the research status of managerial integration,then expatiates on the effect of managerial integration.The paper creatively put forward the conception on cost of managerial integration and degree of integration,makes an explanation for its meaning.Finally the paper makes the discussion general on the relationship and optimization between the cost of managerial integration and degree of integration.
