On the Importance of Design Management in Product Innovation

摘要：

Innovation is an eternal theme for product design while management is an effective way to specify product innovation design.The former is ideology and the latter is to carry out the decisions.They are closely related and affected each other.I thought the designer and designing thinking as well as the production process could be viewed as the innovation under the premise of design management.As a result,the interactive relation between designers product innovative designing and design management could be specified and the importance of design management in innovative designing could be reflected as well.This means design management directs and plans the whole procedure of the designing.It acts as the nerve center of the entire design and the key to the success of product innovation design.
