Research on the Impact of Social Capital on Product Innovation
Innovative capability is widely seen to be the conducting force in firms competitive advantage.Based on a perspective of social capital theory,we argue that the social capital available related to economic variables may also be a necessary element of the product innovation through the process of learning by doing.In the article,the form of social capital,its use and its potential in the product innovation are analyzed.
