Research on Knowledge Management Process and Performance Evaluation of Product Innovation Talents

摘要：

Effectively managing the talents knowledge of product innovation is a guarantee for enterprise to maintain continuous competitive advantage.Based on the research on the whole knowledge management process of product innovation and the Data Envelopment Analysis Method,this paper establishes a performance evaluation model of knowledge management process of product innovation talent and performance evaluation.The model focuses on the overall situation of enterprises product innovation,and it is an important way to promote competitive advantage.
