Labor-Capital Interest Factors Model of Joint-stock Enterprises
The relation of labor and capital is a fundamentalrelation in the market economic world,which is a social interest relationship among related entities in nature. The conception oflabor denotes the working class, while the capital is the property owner, which is dividedinto private capital owner, state capital owner and hybrid-capital owner.Based on such a definition,we divide the relation of labor and capital into threedifferent categories:relation of labor and capital under pure private enterprises, relation oflabor and capital under pure public enterprises relation of labor and capital underjoint-stock enterprises which is an important and fundamental form of modem enterprises.
