Social Axis Theory and Practice: the Chinese Trade Union in the Transition Period
Chinas socio-economic is now in an important period of transition. In theprocess of transition which from the traditional trade unions to the trade unions in theperiod of transition, the primary instrument of labor-capital relations adjustment has alsochanged from administrative control to economic contract-adjusted, as well as the patternthat labor relations and labor-capital relations coexist, is one of its manifestations. In theperiod of transition, Chinas trade unions should deal with some important questions suchas what is the trade unions? whose interest does it represent? How to maintain and buildit?. In accordance with national conditions, we can learn from the concrete practice, policyand theory of trade unions movement in western countries, and then establish the tradeunions and labor-capital relations theory and policy system with Chinese characteristics.
