A Discussion on the Status of Labor in the Socialist Market Economy -The Theoretical Study Based on Marxism
Its a notable fact that the status of labor in China declines dramatically in nowadays,and how to understand the role and function of working class has become a widespreadcontroversial issue.In many private enterprises, working and living conditions of labor are both gettingworse, working hours are extended wantonly, and the workers have no right to speak andget any respect, and sometimes even worse, they have to suffered maltreatment. The tragicscene of primary accumulation in the Carl Marxs Capital has achieved its reproducibilityin those companies. On the other hand, the situation of worker is not so gratifying in thestate-owned enterprises, although we can find some good examples, such as Capital Ironand Steel Company and The second printing and dyeing plant in Shijiazhuang. Theworkers condition in state-owned enterprises is much better than the former listed inprivate enterprises.
