Mechanism and Path of Technological Capabilities Evolution:A Comparative Cross-case Study of Taishan Glass Fiber Company and Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber Company Limited

摘要：

How can enterprises improve the technological capabilities through different technological learning mechanisms? And what relationship exists between the learning mechanism and the evolutionary path of technological capabilities? Through cross-case study of Taishan Glass Fiber Company (CTG) and Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber Company Limited (SYCF), this article reveals the linkage between learning mechanism and evolutionary path and gains some valuable implications.
