Rank Order of Universities and Educational Investment

摘要：

An educational signaling model based on the matchings between students and educational institutions is presented. Applying this model, we can explain why some universities are distributed vertically differentiated status, while some are socially framed as a same status group. We pick up two contrasting equilibria and compare the students educational investment level under each equilibrium.
