Mission Statements and Strategic Intentions of Vehicle Manufacturing Firms in China

Mission statements express the basic outline of corporate strategy, and reflect the complexity of the environment, much the same as other parts in the strategic framework. So, the differences exist in the mission statements among different regions, industries and size of operations. This research will explore the common characters and differences of mission statements focusing on the domestic vehicle manufacturing firms which include state-owned companies, private companies and joint-venture companies, and will further provide the explanation.
