Study on the Diffusion and Synergy Innovation of Intellectual Capital in Enterprise Mergers & Acquisitions
Merger and acquisition is an important way for the enterprise to expand, and intellectual capital is becoming the pivotal factor for the enterprise to gain continuous competition advantage. In the first step, the paper analyzes the signification of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) , and the definition and measurement of intellectual capital. It is followed by a study on the reasons that an enterprise want to merge or acquire another. The paper builds the flow model of intellect capital in M&A and pays special attention to the synergy mechanism of intellectual capital.
